Equal amounts of:
Ground Rose petal
Ground Lavender Flower
Ground Violet
(the above need to be dried plant materials.)
For every 1/4 cup of combined dried flowers mix in 1 heaping tablespoon of
china or white clay or rice powder

Sift together and then add a bit of fine glitter or mica. You can add gold, blue, silver or any color you like. You can also add a few drops of lavender or some other essentail oil you like to the flowers and blend BEFORE adding them to the clay. . The added clay or powder serves to help blend the mixture and keep it dry and make it easy to throw or dust around! Adjust the recipe to how you like it - you may prefer less or more powder than herbs...
